Is the compartment waterproof?

The outside of the compartment is water resistent, but water can get into the compartment if submerged.

Can the compartment hold several medicines?

Yes, the compartment’s curved top makes space for larger pills. Our testing showed that this design was the most compact while also making room for several pills of different sizes.

Can I change the band that my RxWear product came with?

Yes! It is simple, just like swapping out any watch band. If you want to buy your own new band, buy an 18mm band. It will likely come with a little tool for pulling the pin, but you can improvise with other small tools you likely have around your house.
